Bridal Veil Falls, Yosemite



Painted this one from a picture I took on the trail leading upto the Bridal Veil falls in Yosemite. The mist from the waterfall along with the sunlight filtering through the trees made it a beautiful sight.

  1. Wonderful painting, Anu! Loved the colors and depth. My layman comment :) - If you are planning another version sometime, try without people in it. I think that would be interesting too, will shift the focus to the scenery.

    1. Thanks for your comments Manaswini! Does the red detract too much? I thought the foreground might be too empty without the figures .. Maybe I should try it out like you said!
